"Kim Brown is an artist and graphic designer. She graduated in Textile Design from University of California Davis, and continued her career as a graphic designer working for companies such as Apple Computer, Adobe, and Atari. Kim’s work focuses on nature-inspired themes. She uses local plants for fabric dyes and eco printing. She transforms her fabrics into scarfs, clothing, and various containers. She focuses on surface design, and enjoys using traditional techniques in new and creative ways. "
